NEXT, LET
ME SHOW YOU THAT THE BIBLE SPOKE OF CHRIST REMOVING TRUE CHRISTIANS
FROM THIS EARTH CENTURIES BEFORE THIS VANISHING HAPPENED.
Christians who have died prior to Christ removing Christians from
the earth benefited from this blessed event just as much as
Christians who were living when this event occurred. You see, when a
Christian dies his/her spirit goes directly to be with Christ,
despite the fact that the physical body is funeralized and buried in
the ground, at sea, etc. This is why Apostle Paul could speak about
death allowing him to go and literally, “be with Christ”. Apostle
Paul was not telling some joke or fairy tale (myth). Philippians
1:21-24 written by Paul to the believers in Philippi says: “For to
me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live in the
flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot
not. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart,
and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless to abide in
the flesh is more needful for you.”
Let me paraphrase how the Bible foretold how Christ would remove
Christians from the earth:
Again, when a Christian dies his/her spirit goes to be with Christ.
When Christ descends into earth’s atmosphere to call forth
Christians out of the earth (referred to by the term “Rapture”) to
live with him forever in divine peace, joy, and happiness, Christ
will bring the spirits of those dear dead ones and reunite the
spirit with the essence of the physical portion of each person’s
body that was buried in the ground, at sea, etc. What this essence
is exactly, I don’t claim to know, but I do know it will be some
representative portion of the body that housed the spirit of these
dear ones during their earthly lifetime. And, the new physical body
that the spirit is reunited with will be miraculously supernatural,
no longer subject to such unpleasant events as death or sickness
(see I Corinthians 15:53)
But hold on, those who were following Christ and still alive at the
time of the Rapture were also to be changed into immortal beings
free from death and pain.
I Thessalonians 4:14-18 says:
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also
which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto
you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto
the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For
the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the
voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in
Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be
caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the
air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one
another with these words.
