Within the USA, products are usually processed for shipping within 48 hours. If you desire to make a purchase from outside the USA, please contact us first; click on: "Contact Us" and tell us exactly what you wish to buy and we will send you instructions.

PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS: After you have selected items using the ADD TO BAG buttons, click on the "VIEW BAG" button above (to the left of the Product Price List). You will be shown the items you have selected, and a "Checkout" button to complete your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling is 2.50 per mug. For books, shipping is 4.05 for the 1st book, with FREE shipping on the second book in the same order. We do not charge sales taxes: we pay the sales taxes for customers located in California. Customers outside California should consult their local tax authority regarding any possible tax liability.

Payment for purchases made through our online store are protected by the highest level encryption commercially available (128 bit SSL-Secure Sockets Layer). We utilize PayPal's award winning tools to achieve this extremely high level of security. We have taken additional measures in an effort to ensure a safe shopping environment free of fraud. Following are the measures/shopping rules that we implemented:

For credit card purchases, please do not attempt to provide a shipping address that is different from the billing address of the card owner. We will most likely refuse to ship products to an address that is different from the billing address of the credit card owner.

The maximum purchase total allowed per customer per week is $100.00 (U.S. dollars only). Larger purchases will only be accepted if approved in advance by Holiness.com

We reserve the right to refuse purchases deemed suspicious in nature, or otherwise undesirable based upon our discretion.

We do not believe in spamming our customers or giving/selling information about our customers to other parties as we ourselves must expend precious resources in filtering out spam so prevalent on the Internet these days.

RETURNS
Each item is individually inspected at least once prior to shipping. Any defect identified by the customer should be brought to our attention immediately prior to using the product.

An item can only be returned as a result of some defect or anomaly that is not due to a customer's improper activity. A return request must be made by a customer within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product. The request must be made via written letter mailed to the physical address identified in the "Contact Us" section of Holiness.com. A copy of the receipt must be enclosed with the request.
